Day 1:  Olbia, Visit to local winery including Vermentino Tasting with Lunch, San Pantaleo Art & Crafts

Arrival at Olbia airport. Meet our local guide and start your tour. Visit to one of the most pictureque wineries in the area. Visit the vineyards and the winery, home to one of the best variety of Vermentino wine: the only DOCG wine on teh island. Enjoy your lunch and wine tasting in the courtyard of the XIX century farmhouse sorrounded by the vineyard and the granitic rocks of Mount Limbara.

After lunch transfer to San Pantaleo, a tiny village famous for its art gallery and craft’s workshops: here you will meet artisansa of the village and get to know a bit more about their work. You wil lhave some free time to walk around and explore this village situated on the top of a mountain just behind the glamourous Emerald Coast.

Some free time to relax, dinner and overnight in a farmhouse in the countryside.

Day 2:  Cooking Class, Arzachena & Archaeological Sites

Breakfast. Spend the morning in the farmhouse and learn the ancient recipes of culurgiones – one of the most traditional Sardinian dishes. After the cooking class, you will taste them during lunch together with the finest products of this land.

After this, transfer to the village of Arzachena, where you will find out more about teh ancient history of Sardinia. Here you will visit the Nuraghe La Prisgiona and the Giant’s tomb of Coddu Ecchju. Thanks to our local guide, here you will discover more about the mysterious civilization that lived on the island starting from 1500BC also known as the “civilization of the Towers”.

Dinner and overnight in the farmhouse.

Day 3: Fishing Experience in Costa Smeralda

Breakfast. This morning you will live a unique experience. Embark on a little fishermen’ boat in the beautiful Costa Smeralda sea. Try different kind of fishing helped by the wise hand of a local fisherman and have lunch with the results of your efforts! While fishing in this amazaing area, feel the breeze and enjoy the beauty and relaxing atmosphere of the Sardinian shore.

Return to the Farmhouse in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Medieval Castle of Balaiana & Aggius 

Breakfast. Visit the ruins of the Medieval castle of Balaiana, over a picturesque hill from where you will enjoy a view over the granitic mountains of Gallura, the huge vineyards of this area and the Mediterranean sea.

On our way to Aggius, often listed amongst the most beautiful hamlets in Italy, we will stop in Luras to see the thousands-year-old olive tree and feel the power of Nature.

Lunch in a traditional restaurant in Aggius and then visit to the biggest ethnographical Museum on the island, set in a beautiful traditional house. Here optional wool weaving and dyeing workshop.

Return to the Farmhouse. Dinner and overnight.

Day 5: San Teodoro Lagoon & The Oyster Farm, Monte Nieddu on 4×4

Breakfast. Visit San Teodor and the first Oyster farmer’s company in Italy, right behind one of the most enchanting beaches in Sardinia. Meet the farmers and enjoy their adventourous life with their feet costantly under water.

After this we will move by 4×4 to Monte Nieddu, where after 15 minutes walk, we will admire the natural pools immersed in the wild nature of the area.

Back to San Teodoro to enjoy an Oyster & Vermentino tasting on the beach. Free time.

Back to the farmhouse for the last dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Departure

Breakfast. Check out and transfer to Olbia airport/port for departure. Time to say Arrivederci!
